Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for Senior ExecutivesCoordinate with fellow EA's to streamline firm-wide administrative processesContribute to the organisation of the firm's yearly events and gatheringsOffer comprehensive support to Senior Executives, acting as their primary support

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Preferable experience supporting at a senior level within boutique finance ideally: VC, Private Equity, Asset Management
Exceptional communication abilities, including outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of effectively communicating with Senior Executives and high-net-worth individuals.Adept at proactively prioritising competing demands and delivering high-quality results.Demonstrates strong integrity, sound judgment, a dedicated work ethic, and a collaborative team player mentality.
