We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Advancement within the Advancement Department. In this central role, the post-holder will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the Director of Advancement, assisting with managing her fundraising portfolio and serving as her trusted aide. Reporting directly to the Senior Executive Manager, Advancement, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing all areas of admin, with the ability to develop, implement and maintain efficient administrative and operational processes and provide support as required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an executive assistant or office-based, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate confidently, professionally, and effectively with various stakeholders. You will be exceptionally organised and able to work flexibly with several conflicting priorities.
