About the role As Associate Director of Campaign Planning & Performance is a pivotal new position within the Advancement team, with a key role in enabling UCL’s next fundraising and engagement campaign. You will lead a new and expanding team responsible for: • The Planning and programme management for our next campaign • Our internal stakeholder engagement strategy •Our campaign governance and reporting arrangements. We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata). An outstanding relationship-builder, your stakeholder management skills will be exceptional. You'll have a proven track record of developing and implementing programme plans, including goal-setting, resulting in measurable outcomes and impact. You will have exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate ambiguity.
