You will be working for a global financial services firm in Central London.
This role will operate on a hybrid working model with an expectation to be in their London office 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.
Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract. This has the potential to extend further.
This role sits within the EMEA Talent & Inclusion Team and is responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining junior talent through a number of strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.
Some duties will include:
- Assist in managing and maintaining our online applications, creation, and distribution of interview packs to the business and collating interview feedback
- Communicating with candidates via the on-line recruiting system, email or by telephone, as directed by the team
- General support on interview days, ability to run interview schedules independently and liaise with candidates and the business where necessary
- Providing feedback on the phone to candidates
- Tracking and organising business participation at interviews
- Tracking and managing data around the interviewing and hiring process, and producing it in an accurate and timely fashion
- Administrative assistance with marketing and logistics for careers events, including name badges and creating interview packs
- Tracking business participation at events
- Working with HR to ensure timely communication with candidates and dispatch of contracts
- Tracking of offers to ensure signed contracts are returned in a timely manner
Training programme support for Intern and Graduate programmes
- Vendor management: liaise with training providers to confirm their availability and book training dates
- Support internal intern and graduate training logistics, such as invitations, course bookings and schedules
- Set up and maintain course items and resource libraries in the LMS
- Input training attendances in the LMS
- Send and collate feedback surveys
- Support the running of internal development events and training courses
- Dedicated relationship manager for early talent - providing guidance and direction throughout their journey, and escalating any concerns to the Talent and Inclusion team where appropriate
Apprenticeship programme
- Act as key point of contact for apprentice learners and managers, guiding them through their training programme, from initial enquiry stage to their End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Input and track apprenticeship records in the LMS
- Maintain and update apprenticeship learning status in the DAS account
- Set up information briefing sessions for line managers and employees to learn more about relevant apprenticeship programmes
- Collate RAG status on apprenticeship learners and maintain a centralised apprenticeship tracker
- Attend regular status catch-up meetings with apprenticeship providers where required
- Act as the main link between apprenticeship training provider and learners, escalating any concerns to the Talent and Inclusion team where necessary
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a recruitment coordination role ideally dealing with early talent positions.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive a daily rate based on an annual salary of £30,000
