Coventry is one of the 75 Local Authorities in England who has been selected to deliver services to children and families through the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme 2022- 2025 with a aim to help improve health and education outcomes for babies, children and their families.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become part of a team who will lead the way for others whilst learning and developing your own knowledge and skills. You will take an active role working with partner organisations, local communities, and residents to achieve best outcomes for children and families.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can are able to build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partners. You will be able to see the life of a child using the lens of a ‘whole family approach’.

You will to have the necessary skills to provide a service that achieves better outcomes for children, young people and their families through the development and delivery of a local integrated Early Help offer and services.

You can engage with community organisations, voluntary sector and partners to deliver a full family hub offer to children and families. You have the ability to network with a broad range of services with a solution focused mindset.

You will be able to promote, develop and maintain effective partnership working with local internal and external stakeholders .
