The Bolton Mental Health Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for this role within the Bolton Directorate.
This post is advertised as a full time, permanent contract and is to support the directorate in maintaining its excellent administration in line with a recent review of its provisions.
Currently based at Bentley/Barnett House, this role will be within the Early Intervention Team. The post holder will carry out day to day administrative duties within a very busy office environment, as well as being responsible for providing relevant managers with vital information relating to targets, ensuring accurate, up to date recording of patient information on both Health and Social Care systems, for staff across a range of disciplines. Reception cover on a rota basis may also be required.
This is a full-time vacancy and will require the post holder to travel to other sites within the directorate and other Trust locations as and when required.
The Team Administrator will provide a comprehensive administration service to the Early Intervention Team and also assist supporting the CMHT ensuring an effective communication network with health and social care professionals, service users and their carers.
In addition, the post holder will provide effective data quality support for the team to ensure the input, collation and extraction of information that may be necessary to evidence achievement of performance indicators / targets.
