We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early YearsRoom Leader looking for a new opportunity to excel and develop in a new role. As Room Leader you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our little ones.
This role is on a full-time basis at Homeland Day Nursery, WA14 1LJ . The nursery has an outstanding reputation in the local community and is in a prime location near Altrincham tram stop and was recently awarded Ofsted OUTSTANDING in 2022.
To apply for this role, you must hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Nurse
Homeland Day Nursery are very proud of their Montessori practices and would LOVE to welcome a new team member that has a Montessori qualification already. This is desirable but not a requirement to apply for the position.

Except for occasional training you are not required to work evening or weekends. The setting is closed on all bank holidays, we also do not open on Christmas Eve The nursery closes over Christmas until the first working day in the New Year.

Mentor: A mentor and guide, you'll sprinkle your wisdom over our team, nurturing their professional development. With you as their guide, they'll journey to new heights of knowledge and skill.
