Job Title: Early Years Educator

Temporary with the view of becoming Permanent

Location: Preston, PR2

Working Hours: Full-time, minimum of 32.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £10.42 - £12.25 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support the social, emotional, and educational development of children in the Early Years setting.
2. Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and stimulating learning environment.
4. Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
5. Follow and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to ensure the delivery of quality childcare.

Requirements:

1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Additional Information:

• The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
• Full-time hours with a minimum of 32.5 hours per week.
• The hourly rate ranges from £10.42 to £12.25, depending on qualifications and experience.
• The role is based in Preston, PR2.
