Job Title: Early Years Educator
Temporary with the view of becoming Permanent
Location: Preston, PR2
Working Hours: Full-time, minimum of 32.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £10.42 - £12.25 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support the social, emotional, and educational development of children in the Early Years setting.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and stimulating learning environment.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
- Follow and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to ensure the delivery of quality childcare.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Additional Information:
- The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
- Full-time hours with a minimum of 32.5 hours per week.
- The hourly rate ranges from £10.42 to £12.25, depending on qualifications and experience.
- The role is based in Preston, PR2.
