Location: Aylesbury / Wendover, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £25k - £30k + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a reputable childcare nursery, delivering quality care and exceptional experiences for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years.

The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will deliver quality care and education in a stimulating environment, fostering strong parent relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Plan engaging, educational activities following Early Years Foundation Stage standards.
- Act as a key person, monitor progress, and with parents.
- Ensure child safety, report concerns promptly.
- Adhere to the collection policy.
- Attend staff meetings and parents evenings.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as an Early Years Practitioner or in a similar role.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- Possess diploma of Higher Education. (Preferred)
