Position: Early Years Practitioner
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Childcare Qualification: Possess a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare or Early Years education.
- Nursery Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood development and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that support children's holistic development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further support or development.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to regulatory standards.
