Essential Criteria:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient digital skills, including experience with core digital tools (internet, email, digital communication tools, Microsoft 365 applications, digital booking system).
• NNEB or CACHE/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
• Knowledge and experience of the EYFS Statutory framework for children aged 0-5 years.
• Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal development to maintain and enhance skills.
• Relevant administrative experience in a busy nursery environment.
• Ability to provide advice and guidance to a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
• Front-line experience in service delivery, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Problem-solving ability within a team setting to address straightforward issues.
• Previous experience working collaboratively in a team.
