Nursery Practitioner
GBP11.50 ph for qualified level 3 practitioner
Acrewood Day Nursery are looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner. The position would suit someone with previous experience in a nursery and has a level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
Requirements:-
Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
- To be fun, caring and friendly
- Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
What we need from you?
- Passion and commitment for working in childcare
- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6 Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week
- Commitment to continual development
- Have sound Knowledge of EYFS
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 3, EY Educator

Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:
Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Essential
Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
Fluent in written and spoke to English - Essential
