Main duties and responsibilities:
· to work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum which is driven by the children’s interests
· To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children’s needs e.g., modelling, observing
· To ensure all environments are enabling
· To have a good secure knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children
Applicants must have a full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification as a minimum and have experience of working in an Early Years environment.
The post involves working with children and therefore if successful you will be required to provide two employment references and a satisfactory DBS.
