They are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their passionate team.

Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development and well-being of their youngest learners. Working collaboratively with a team of experienced educators, you will create a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. This position offers the chance to contribute to shaping the educational journey of the students during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
2. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
3. Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring that lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child.
4. Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of children's progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues as necessary.
5. Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes exploration, independence, and a love for learning.
6. Collaborate with the wider school community to contribute to a holistic and cohesive educational experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Level 3, 4 or 5 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working in an Early Years setting.
3. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical implementation.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
