This well-respected property management company is looking for a Property Assistant to work within the Block Management department. This is a busy office where the workload is constant so the ideal candidate must be able to prioritise and work well under pressure. Duties will include producing and sending out correspondence to clients, leaseholders, site staff and contractors, mail merges, answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries, using the software Qube, responding to solicitors’ enquiries, overseeing insurance claims, maintaining the database of lessees, and other general ad hoc office administration task as instructed by the Property Managers. Whilst previous experience in property management is highly desirable, it is not essential, and this is a role where there is a great opportunity to learn and scope for career progression in the industry. You must be organised, enthusiastic, have excellent administration and IT skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.
