Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Location: Abingdon

Pay: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children’s growth and development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
• Providing high-quality care, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child.
• Supporting children in developing essential skills, including social, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Collaborating with fellow practitioners to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and daily experiences.
• Maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with young children.
• Strong knowledge of child development and Early Years education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Up-to-date DBS check. If not, we can apply one for you.
