Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, stimulating activities that promote learning and development
• Provide personalized care and support to meet the individual needs of each child
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment at all times
• Support the development and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Contribute to observations, assessments, and progress reports for key children

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a childcare setting
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to professional development
