Are you passionate about Early Years education and looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic Leeds Early Years Team as a Resourcer! We are seeking an experienced candidate with a background in childcare, ideally at a management level, to support our mission of placing the best talent in Early Years roles.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Source and shortlist high-quality Early Years candidates for various roles.
• Vet candidates through comprehensive background checks and reference validation.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for roles.
• Assist candidates with CV and profile writing to enhance their job prospects.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Early Years education, preferably at a management level.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
