Senior Account Manager - Part Time & Hybrid

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager (this is a Part Time role - 4 days per week) to join our small but thriving agency. Specialising in working with not-for-profit clients, you’ll be working with a variety of inspiring and dynamic charities including the RSPB, Canal & River Trust, Air Ambulance Kent, Surrey, Sussex and the World Land Trust.

If you’re an experienced account handler who’s looking for a fulfilling new challenge or if you already work within the charity sector and are looking to apply your IG or Legacy skills across a range of good causes, then this could be the role for you. We are looking for: 

A positive and dynamic Senior Account Manager who has extensive experience of building client relationships and delivering campaigns across a wide variety of channels. Experience in working with, or for, a charity would be advantageous as would particular knowledge of digital, direct marketing and print. We’re looking for a real team player, someone who’s happy to muck in and be part of our passionate team.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as key day to day point of contact for clients
• You will be able to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
• A great organiser who can manage multiple projects
• Ability to assess client briefs, identify next steps, develop internal briefs and timing plans
• Understand client objectives and challenges and support with planning and creative process  
• Ability to assess copy and visuals to ensure they meet the brief and will delight the client
• Provide constructive feedback to the creative team
• Great attention to detail to be able to review client amends and manage them through the agency
• Financial awareness
• Solid experience of delivering work across a variety of channels – primarily digital, web and print but other experience in radio, TV, press and outdoor would be helpful
