Job Title:Early Years Room Leader

Location: Preston

Salary: 10.90 - 12.35 per hour

Start Date: March 2024

Hours: Full Time, up to 40 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Room Leader to join our team in Preston. As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children in their Early Years, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Take on a leadership role within the Early Years setting, guiding and supporting a team of educators.

2. Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote the holistic development of children.

3. Childcare: Provide excellent care, ensuring the well-being and safety of each child in the room.

4. Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.

5. Staff Development: Support the professional development of staff, offering guidance and training as needed.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing Early Years education and childcare.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
