Embark on an inspiring journey as an Early YearsTeaching Assistant with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Tower Hamlets. GSL Education are thrilled to announce an immediate opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in an Early Years setting. Your role will involve supporting young learners with SEN, fostering an inclusive learning environment from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Early YearsTeaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Early Years educators to provide targeted support for children with SEN.
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning atmosphere for the youngest learners in Tower Hamlets.
- Work in harmony with the teaching team to implement effective learning strategies for Early Years children with SEN.
- Bring your experience as an Early YearsTeaching Assistant, demonstrating a passion for inclusive education.
- Navigate the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum with a focus on supporting children with SEN.
- Showcase strong communication skills, connecting with both young learners and your team.
- Motivate and engage Early Years children, making a positive impact on their educational journey.
