Position Overview: As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of young minds. Your creativity and dedication will be crucial in designing and delivering engaging lessons that foster learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to enhance children's cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
- Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a secure and stimulating learning environment in line with EYFS standards.
- Assess and track the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to promote a positive and inclusive educational culture.
- Stay updated on educational trends through continuous professional development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Early Years specialism.
- Previous experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
- In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to creating a safe and enriching educational environment.
