• Type: Contract until July 2024, full-time, 9am-3pm

• Location: Hemel Hempstead, Herfordshire
• Pay: To scale

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant and nurturing one-form entry, Ofsted 'good' primary school in the heart of the Old Town of Hemel Hempstead. This position is for a full-time role for the summer term, teaching a delightful nursery class of 18 children.

School Overview: This lovely primary school is known for its happy and supportive environment, catering to children aged between three and eleven years. With a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere, they take pride in providing quality education and ensuring the well-being of their students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status
• Proven experience in teaching Early Years/Foundation Stage
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with the Early Years Practitioner to ensure a holistic approach to child development
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Contribute to the overall school community and ethos
