Hays Education are looking for a supply teacher who is hard-working and enthusiastic to teach Nursery and Reception. Working through Hays, you will be given the opportunity to teach at various primary schools based in Dudley and surrounding areas, which range from one form entry up to three form entry schools. We offer long and short-term roles to fit around you.
Your new role
The roles we will offer you will require you to deliver high energetic lessons that will help children aged between 3-5 years to achieve their early learning goals, develop and learn through play. As an EYFS Supply Teacher, you will be required to think on your feet and deliver a secure learning environment for all children in your care. Cover requirements range from sickness cover to maternity leave and can be either full or half days.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching in EYFS or key stage 1
- A thorough knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and the expectations for reception
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
