Early Years Teacher job in Worthing Job Title: Early Years Nursery Teacher Location: Worthing, West Sussex Salary: Competitive Job Type: Full-time Education Level: QTS, EYTS Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a nursery setting Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Nursery Teacher to join our team at our Worthing-based nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged between 0-5 years. The nursery provides high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years, holding a capacity of 170 children daily. The setting draws on the approaches of Reggio Emilia in northern Italy, which is world famous for providing the best standards in education and childcare. You will have the opportunity to work with our supportive team as well as draw from comprehendive training programs to further develop your skills and knowledge in this area. There is Free Parking within a ten minute walking distance for staff to drive to work as well as local busses that stop close the nursery. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development. Create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children. Build strong relationships with parents and carers. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status or Early Years Teacher Status (QTS/EYTS) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursery setting. Excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Ability to work well in a team.
