The school's commitment to staff training ensures that you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, particularly when working with SEN children.
This is a full time role Monday - Friday, beginning immediately.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
- Passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN.
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils.
- Understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in professional development.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Responsibilites:
- Supporting students on a 1-1 or group basis who require additional help.
- Supporting Phonics and the EYFS curriculum.
- Assist in preparing and organizing educational materials and resources.
- Be proactive in supporting the main class teacher to provide academic and pastoral support.
