Randstad are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years (EY) Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our schools in Watford to be part of their dynamic team. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young learners in their crucial Early Years of education, as well as expanding your experience working as a TA.

Responsibilities of your Early Years TA role:
- Provide one-on-one support to children with varying abilities and learning styles
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Promote educational and social/emotional well-being, fostering a culture of respect in the classroom
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team and parents to ensure effective communication
- Assist in observing and assessing children's progress, contributing to the ongoing evaluation of individuals
Requirements for the Early Years TA role:
- Level 2 or 3 in childcare (desirable)
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting (essential)
- A genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
