Role responsibilities:
- Listing products on various websites including taking pictures and writing product descriptions
- Liaising with customers via telephone, email and website chats
- Processing admin of customer orders
- Liaising with couriers
- Ordering of new supplies
Once settled and fully competent within the position you will be given the opportunity to get involved in the design and concept of new products!!
Required skills and experience:
- Previous customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Creative flair with an interest in décor and styling
- Photography skills would be an advantage
- Strong IT skills
