We are now looking for an eCom Executive to join our Marketing Team. The purpose of this role is to support the eCommerce team's day-to-day operations. You will play a critical role in optimising our online operations, coordinating between multiple departments and driving constant improvements in customer experience and performance. 

As an individual you will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and adept at handling frequent change. You will have a flexible mindset and aptitude for both data and creative, and will be able to move seamlessly between business-as-usual, campaigns and project management.

You will be driven everyday to create the best possible customer experience and drive performance gains every day.

This will be a varied and hands-on role working across a number of disciplines including, but not limited to:

  • General maintenance of the website: 
    • Content & catalogue management 
    • Pricing & promotions 
    • Copy & communications
    • Asset creation briefing & management
  • Work with functions including marketing & content to improve customer experience:
    • Optimise the eCommerce customer journey
    • Support delivery of best-in-class brand experience 
    • Support campaign execution 
  • Work with the wider team to create a data-driven environment 
    • Research, reporting & data analysis 
    • Track eCommerce performance & user behaviour
    • Regularly feedback recommendations for improvements

Requirements

To be successful in this role:

  • You will already have some experience in an eCommerce environment & familiarity with the channel.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience working with content management systems.
  • Ideally you will have prior experience interacting with developers & creative teams.
  • You will have a high digital IQ & analytical proficiency.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment & working under pressure.
  • High level of written & verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with team members of differing seniority.

  • Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
