Role and responsibilities;
- eCommerce plan and strategy execution
- Digital marketing and customer acquisition
- Managing digital media channels such as PPA (Google, Bing, Amazon), Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) and SEO
- Working closely with third party media agencies
- Merchandising
- Forecasting
- Sales analysis and performance tracking
- Customer experience and support
Skills and experience;
- Has a commercial and digital mindset and an ability to work collaboratively to drive improvements
- Is detail oriented and highly organized
- Has vast experience in managing performance marketing channels with expert knowledge of PPC (Google, Amazon) and Paid Social (Meta) in particular
- Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Is degree educated, ideally from a digital, business or marketing discipline, or has equivalent experience
- Has European language skills, especially French - this is desirable but not essential
