We are excited to be working closely with a fantastic brand based in Leicester. They sell ladies, mens and childrenswear fashion as well as fabulous accessories.
They are going through a massive period of growth, one of the roles we are supporting them with is for an Ecommerce Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the online sales of the brand.
- Oversee the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
- Work with developers to improve website speed
- Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Re-Platforming website to new CMS, making website mobile capable
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies and to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
- Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
- Report on performance vs budget and forecast to the wider business.
- Manage the E-comms team and conduct regular appraisals
Process
- Strategy and sales plan for B2C and C2C channels
- Develop a content calendar 6 months ahead, in line with the product and marketing strategy
- Drive monthly activity calendar meetings to ensure cross functional readiness and the right product is including in promotions / events.
- Provide weekly reports on KPIs: ATV, IPC, CTR, Traffic etc.
- Provide reporting on activity performance, including ROI
- Collaboration with other business functions
