We are looking for someone hardworking and positive to join our ecommerce team, working on our eBay marketplace.
No experience needed but is always welcomed.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
• Assist in uploading new products to the eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor product listings for accuracy and make necessary updates as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock levels accordingly.
Order Processing:
• Monitor order status and handle customer inquiries regarding order updates, tracking information, and delivery issues.
Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and eBay messages.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and order-related questions.
Marketplace Optimisation:
• Improve existing product listings , amend prices and descriptions to reach more customers
Qualities and Skills:
• Previous experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service roles preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proactive , resourceful and driven by passion.
Not all of the above is required, experience is preferred but not compulsory.
•Suitable for anyone, those with selling experience on eBay would be ideal.
Initial internships/ work experience available for those with little to no experience but can demonstrate passion and knowledge.
