Edinburgh – Azure Cloud Architect – up to £75K – Hybrid
A fantastic new opportunity has opened up with a well-known retail Bank for a Azure Cloud Architect to who can help shape the future of their technology.
You’ll be joining a new team of cross skilled architects and engineers who are on a mission to make technology an accelerator for our business. Day-to-day you’ll be setting direction, creating technical roadmaps, joining the dots, and helping our engineering teams deliver features to our customers.
The role would be perfect for someone who loves innovation, is keen to dive straight in to things and have a real impact with the work that you’re doing. You’ll be constantly looking to push the boundaries and make sure that you’re at the forefront of modern technology, bringing the team with you!
Financial Services is a big plus here but not essential.
This is a permanent position with a salary on offer of up to £75K + comprehensive benefits package. They would like you to come to their London or Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis (twice a week), this can be flexible and negotiable.
Tech skills needed:
- Deep Azure cloud knowledge gained as an architect or engineer experience.
- Experiences designing and deploying cloud solutions on Azure, where speed, security and resilience are critical.
- Stories on how best to use Azure, thinking beyond the tech, recognising the people and processes which make it happen.
The role would be perfect for someone who loves taking their ideas into production, is committed to best practices and knows how to create comprehensive technical solutions that will be the premise for the future growth of the bank’s Everyday Banking function.
