eDiscovery Services is responsible for identification, preservation, and collection of electronically stored information in response to internal or external investigations.
This role is for a MIS & Data Specialist. You will be involved in the early requirements and analysis stages of a project, to help the eDiscovery team build out its management information systems (MIS) reporting capabilities. You will also be responsible for capturing and documenting the full range of requirements, translating these requirements into system specific functional specifications to enable solution development.

Your key responsibilities
  • Preparing transparent standard reports and analyze to support business needs
  • Decomposing high level business needs into functional needs by understanding problem and determining data needs
  • Providing recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
  • Providing support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
  • Providing strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
  • Generating both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
Your skills and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence platforms
  • Experience working with requirements through to system level Functional Specifications
  • Good project management skills and experience with an emphasis on structure, attention to detail and timely delivery
  • Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
