We're currently seeking a highly motivated EDM Administrator to join our team based in Norwich. You'll have the opportunity to join our small yet friendly team in our beautiful Norwich office.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining Clarion Housing's incoming and outgoing post functions. Your key focus will be to ensure that all documents received are allocated to the correct team using the appropriate channel.
Having a working knowledge of GDPR is highly desirable as you'll be dealing with a lot of confidential and sensitive information. Moreover, experience of working in a high-pressure environment is crucial as this function is extremely busy.
Some of the key accountabilities include:
- Provide professional and customer focused document administration support to Clarion Housing Group
- Ensures documents conform to established and relevant standards, policies and procedures including GDPR
- Responding to business enquiries and requests ensuring that responses are provided accurately and in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot incidents and fulfil requests maintaining a high level of first line fix
If you have experience using scanning software and are proficient in MS Office and document control software such as SharePoint, we would like to hear from you. Additionally, we require candidates to have experience in handling confidential information and working in a busy office environment. If you possess these qualities, we welcome your application.
