The Intensive Care Society is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented administrator to join their dynamic team as an Education & Accreditation Coordinator.

As Education & Accreditation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our educational events and accreditation processes, making a real difference in the critical care community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support for educational events and the CPD team.
- Respond promptly to queries, providing accurate accreditation/certificate information.
- Coordinate meetings and draft agendas ensuring effective communication (one per month)
- Liaise with speakers and manage information related to educational events.
- Administer end-to-end accreditation/certification processes.
- Support candidates by issuing access information to the online Learning Management System (LMS).
- Process applications for mentors, supervisors, and trainers.

- High-level administration skills with an excellent eye for detail.
- Excellent communication with genuine customer/member-care skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or equivalent.
- Experience with CRM systems is essential.
- Team player and collaborative in nature.
