Position:Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Leeds
Salary: £20,000-£34,500 (dependent upon experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with primary schools and education professionals in the Leeds area.
- Sourcing and screening candidates to match them with suitable teaching positions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both schools and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments in the education sector to better serve our clients.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly the primary school sector, is advantageous.
- Previous sales experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
