SalaryWe are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team in Oxford.
This role offers dynamic working, allowing you to flexibly work between home and office. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key candidate-facing role, supporting our consultants with candidate resourcing, compliance, vetting, and management of the candidate pool.

Day to day of the role:- Engage with a high volume of candidates, supporting them through the vetting and compliance process.
- Develop the office’s client and candidate pool by providing exceptional support and service.
- Communicate effectively over the phone with prospective candidates to chase references and documentation.
- Complete the required administration for candidates to meet Reed’s vetting and compliance standards.
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing, customer service, or sales.
- Comfortable with high-volume phone communication and administration.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
