Educational Teaching Assistant Details :
Salary: Band D with NJC SCP of 7. Actual: £8,982 (pending April 2024 pay review)
Hours: 16 hours 15 minutes per week, Monday to Friday 9am -12.15pm Term Time Only
Lunchtime Supervisor Details :
Salary: Band B with NJC SCP of 3. Actual: £1,293 (pending April 2024 pay review)
Hours: 2 hours 30 minutes per week, Monday to Friday 12.15pm – 12.45pm Term Time Only
An exciting opportunity has become available for a individual to carry out the role of Educational Teaching Assistant and Early Years Practitioner across the school day.
Your morning will be spent carrying out the work of the Educational Teaching Assistant where you will work under the direction, guidance and direct supervision of the classroom teacher to support access to learning.
You will take Responsibility for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan to enable access to learning. And will take part in interventions within or outside of the classroom.
On completion of your morning you will join the children at lunchtime to supervise them through the lunchtime period both whilst they are eating and when they take their social time to play.
