SalarySalford Council are recruiting for Elections Administration Assistants on a full time, temporary basis.
Start date: 05/02/24
End date: Initially until 31/05/24, potential for short extension
Location: Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, M27 5DA. Office based working
Hours: 36 per week. 9am-4:30pm
The Role
As an Elections Administration Assistant you will provide admin support for the upcoming Local Elections taking place in Salford May 2024.
Having a driving licence and your own transport would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
Duties Include
- General Office administration; filing, photocopying, etc
- Use of Excel and Microsoft packages
- Managing spreadsheets and in-house databases
- Distributing ballot boxes
