Offering VIP sales process and support to our clients through our exclusive use showrooms and workshops, we’ve never been an "ordinary" bike shop. We're an appointment only, customer experience focussed business working solely with European brands using the very best drive systems. We promise you'll never have to work on poor quality, far eastern imported bikes!
What you’ll be doing.
Our workshops are private and work on an appointment only basis. All of the bikes you'll be working on will either be brand new or those we’ve previously sold and so you’ll be building relationships with repeat customers and only having to work on the best quality systems available.
Our Electric Bike technicians work in our exceptionally well equipped and stocked workshops with their own work area, tools, electric post lifts and computer with access to all of the latest Electric Bike diagnostic software. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of Electric Bike assembly, inspection, diagnosis and repair with full manufacturer parts and back office technical support all in-house.
The minimum skills we need;
- Cytech or equivalent certification (or demonstrable high level of competence through industry gained experience)
- Working knowledge of top tier e-bike drive systems from Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano, Fazua and Mahle. (The first two being an absolute must).
- Outstanding punctuality and reliability
These three essential skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to "hit the ground running".
Desired/bonus skills;
- Ability to diagnose and repair sometimes acutely complicated electrical faults outside of the scope of the factory diagnostic systems.
