Monday - Friday- 08:00-17:00 Sodexo have a new opportunity for an experienced Electrical & Hard Service Maintenance Supervisor to join our onsite teams in Cambridge.Working across 2 sites based in central Cambridge for our prestigious client you will be responsible for the repair and ongoing maintenance for the Hard Services, electrical systems, and HVAC units. Drawing on your experience as a qualified electrician and your understanding of BMS and technical FM service management, you will play an integral role in our established team. Leading a team of 2 direct reports you will collectively oversee all the Technical Services on site in relation to planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and minor new works/emergencies. About You You will already have held a similar position in an industrial site or large commercial environment. You will also have: ONC or equivalent in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Proven background in multi skilled engineering disciplines with a background in electrical repairs and maintenance. Proven experience in a Supervisory role in building servicesExperience of maintaining HV/LV, Transformers, MCC’s, Switchboards, Generators, Lighting, Bus Bars, Invertors, DB’s, UPS’s, Gas boilers Compressed air systems, BMS systems, water treatment & Chilled water systems, AHU’s, VAV, FCU, VRV and refrigerant systems.
