NRL have a number of roles to join a project in Reading, this is a prestigious project with long term opportunities to help deliver and install the next generation nuclear blast proof doors.
Blast proof nuclear door installation on a Weapons establishment in the Reading area. Working on UK prestigious project for a major world wide Nuclear consultancy.
Expectations in the role: -
Within their competency, carry out work as instructed by the Supervisor, in accordance with the requirements of the task documentation, with due care.
To comply with any health and safety requirements of the work pack or work area.
To carry out safety and behavioural observation.
To comply with quality requirements of the work pack.
To not proceed past a hold point.
To report any defects, damage, safety hazards or other problems to their line manager.
You will need: -
Applicants must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years.
SC or DV - Mandatory for access to site.
ECS/CSCS Card relevant to qualifications and role - Mandatory for access to site.
Site Installation experience (preferred) in Nuclear Industry/Power Generation.
What’s in it for you?:
Fulltime site-based role – 11 shifts on, 3 shifts off.
£31.60 per hour Umbrella/ £24.06 per hour PAYE – Inclusive of £5.00 per hour shift enhancement.
For each day travelled to site, a £100 per diem Umbrella/£85.80 per diem PAYE is payable to workers travelling more than 30 miles to site.
