Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (including additional company benefits)

An exciting opportunity has appeared on the market with an industry leading M&E Building Services Contractor who operate in the London Residential, Hotel & Leisure, educational and commercial office sectors.

My client has been significantly growing over the past few years winning projects with tier one principal contractors and due to successfully completing these schemes to a high standard virtually defect free, they have successfully secured 8 new projects across London with project values ranging from £3 million to £25 million MEP.

My client is now seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to play an integral role with the future of the business managing multiple projects in London and Essex.

Being based in the head office in Essex, this role will involve reporting the operational & commercial performance of all the projects that the Contracts Manager will lead to the owners of the business and the Operations Director.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an established Contracts Manager who is keen to progress their career as the opportunity offers the progression to Operations Manager in the coming years due to the expansion of the business.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience

• Electrical Qualifications.
• Commercial awareness.
• Reporting to the company owners and Operations Director.
• Having successfully delivered a Project valued upwards of £5 million M&E as an M&E Project Manager/ Contracts Manager from conception till completion.
• Experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager/ Project Manager for a tier one M&E Contractor or Electrical Project Management with project experience upwards of £10 million M&E.
• Managing many prestigious client accounts.
• Leading meetings with the Project Management teams.
• Confirming design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers.
• Managing and overseeing the construction plans.
• Procurement of building materials and equipment.
• Ensuring the project is always within construction time constraints and budgets.
• Managing and developing relationships with your teams.
• Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
• Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings.

Remuneration Package
