They offer solid solutions for a wide range of applications such as bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation, thermal gap filling or reaction injection moulding.
We are looking for Electrical Design Engineer with 2-3 years' experience in similar industry to support our growing business and complement our existing team. The requirement details are given below.
Electrical Design Engineer (2-3 Years' Experience required) Job & Responsibilities.
Designing and laying out new electrical systems.
Responsible for Control panel Electrical Circuit Design with Safety Interlocks, programmable logic controllers with detailed understanding of relevant standards like UL 508, IEC standard, etc.
Creation of electrical schematic diagrams and control panel facility connections & field connections.
Selection of OEM components (PLC's, Sensors, Circuit breakers, Relays, Indicators etc.) for control panel design.
Develop PLC's, HMI and motion control software.
Involvement in control panel testing and troubleshooting process as per company standards.
Testing new systems and making design changes if needed.
Producing necessary design reports and documentation.
Assisting the manufacture of new electrical systems.
Creation of Pneumatic circuit diagrams.
Involvement in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Machine Installation & commissioning process/Electrical support at customer sites if needed.
Key Skills Required
E3 CAD Electrical, Auto CAD Electrical 2018 or later version.
Electrical control Panel Design.
PLC's, HMI, Drive's.
Pneumatic Circuit Design.
Must have worked on electrical engineering CAD tools like E3 CAD Electrical, Auto CAD Electrical for circuit design in Industrial Automation/OEM/Machinery Manufacturing Industry.
