SalaryOur cleint, a global manufacturer and supplier of metering, mixing and dispensing machines for processing single and two-component materials, is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on permanent basis in Rushden to support their growing business.
Key Skills Required
Job & Responsibilities:
- Designing and laying out new electrical systems.
- Responsible for Control panel Electrical Circuit Design with Safety Interlocks, programmable logic controllers with detailed understanding of relevant standards like UL 508, IEC standard, etc., creation of electrical schematic diagram and control panel facility connections & field
- Selection of OEM components (PLC, Sensor, Circuit breakers, Relays, Indicators ect.,) for control panel design.
- Develop PLC, HMI and motion control software's.
- To involve the control panel testing and Troubleshooting process as per our company standards.
- Testing new systems and making design changes if needed.
- Producing necessary design reports and documentation.
- Assisting in the manufacture of new electrical systems. creation of Pneumatic circuit diagram.
- To involve the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Machine Installation & commissioning process/Electrical support at customer sites if needed.
Key Skills Required:
- E3 CAD Electrical, Auto CAD Electrical 2018 or later version.
- Electrical control Panel Design.
- PLC, HMI, Drive's Programming, added advantage.
- Pneumatic Circuit Design, added advantage.
- Basic Knowledge of Sage50 software.
- Must have worked on electrical engineering CAD tools like E3 CAD Electrical, Auto CAD Electrical for circuit design in Industrial Automation/OEM/Machinery Manufacturing Industry.
