This is medium-sized multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy that has 6 offices across the South of England. Their strategic plan is to grow the business across the Midlands and North West/East.
These are exciting times with new and repeat business, they provide a comprehensive range of services that include a very established Building Services consultancy division. Their Building Services offering includes designing Electrical and HVAC Low Energy systems across all the main sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Residential and Education.
The Role
- Site surveys, inspections & report writing
- Carrying out design calculations on fixed and temporary installations
- Liaising with architects and other designers in interpreting input information and applying it to generate a comprehensive Electrical Design
- Preparing technical specifications
- Preparing drawings for drafting by our in-house CAD team
- Representing consultancy at meetings with clients and contractor
- Managing own workload
- Have involvement with the testing and commissioning of the electrical services for a number of projects. This also included the preparation of snagging sheets and preparing inspection reports for the client.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc/B.Eng (Hons) Electrical Engineering
- Member of/or working towards Chartership
