£50,000-£55,000 + Weekday based (39 hours) + Flexitime (Core Hours 10am-4pm) + Company Pension + Holiday + Sick Pay + Free Parking

This company are renowned for their global reach across the engineering sectors and due to their success in recent, they are recruiting for an Electrical Design Manager to join their existing leadership team. This client prides themselves on their great reputation in the industry and actively look to invest in the latest technologies and techniques to be at the forefront of their industry.
The day to day of this role includes managing a team of Electrical Design Engineers whilst applying your own technical knowledge to ensure all projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role will lead projects from start to finish and where you can have real influence on the final outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from an Electrical Design Engineering background, have leadership/ managerial/ supervisory experience, and have worked in engineering or manufacturing.
The Role:

• Electrical Design Manager / Senior Electrical Design Engineer
• Leading Electrical Design projects from cradle to grave
• Managing a team of Electrical Design Engineers
• Weekday based (39 hours), flexitime.

The Person:

• Electrical Design Background essential
• Experience in a Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Electrical Design Engineer position
• Preferred electrical qualifications
• Preferred experience with panel building/wiring design
