Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Day Shift Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Carrying out modifications and installations when required, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical.
- Instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
- You will provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met.
- Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required.
- You will also need to complete any required paperwork, produce reports accurately.
- You should carry out work in high standards and in line with current company policies.
- Procedures and report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work.
- Equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
- You will be responsible for ensuring own work.
- Work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.
- The working hours are Monday - Friday - (40 hours a week) with no on call rota.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- Appropriate up to date training such as NVQ Level 3.
- Qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline).
- Hold an 18th Edition qualification.
- Have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
