Working Hours:

• Option 1: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Option 2: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Conduct day-to-day emergency light testing and fire alarm checks.
• Address 45 reactive jobs weekly, including lights, sockets, AHU filter cleans, minor plumbing, etc.
• Collaborate with a supportive on-site client.
• Work alongside one other engineer on-site.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 18th Edition qualification.
• Level 3 Electrical qualification.
• 2391 Testing and Inspecting qualification.

Additional Details:

• No call-out duties currently.
• Plenty of overtime opportunities (not essential).
• No company van provided.
• The site is set to receive GBP1 million worth of investment.
